 On January 1, 2008, Medicare implemented the first revisions to the Prospective Payment System (PPS) since it was introduced. These changes triggered the most significant change for home care since the Balanced Budget Act of 1997, and require that agencies provide training to your clinicians, back office staff and administrators alike.
